Back to Work is a program run by Shubin Interstellar in an attempt to curb musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace. Research carried out by the company found that over 40% of their workers compensation claims could be traced back to such conditions.
Teams of standout employees are gathered to discuss probable causes for musculoskeletal issues in their position's list of duties. Their findings are then shared between all employees, in the hopes of giving a broad swathe of the workforce a better idea of where the trouble areas lie.
