Tal system view
The Tal system is located on the edge of Xi'An Empire and has been generally receptive to extended Human presence. The planetary series is what the Xi'An refer to as a ProductionSystem, where every planet has been carefully planned to be a specific work zone. The four inhabited worlds are filled with factories, refineries, food production domes, and other facilities. Each planet has a specific purpose in a overall production chain.
The ProductionSystem worlds are color coded: every structure on Tal II is bright yellow, Tal III purple, Tal IV dark green, and Tal V burnt orange. Though a simple summary is inadequate to fully explain the complexity of the ProductionSystem, Tal II focuses on large scale space fabrication, Tal III on food and textiles, Tal IV on hydrogen and antimatter, and Tal V on the final stages of weapon production. The Xi'An in this system are always looking for raw materials; these trades generally generate a profit, but a small one.
